I never want to race at altitude again.
Or get a cold.
I’ve been laid up (is that the expression?) all week!
My USGP weekend in Colorado was total crap. The altitude was killing me and it has been suggested that I was already fighting the killer cold that has kept me in bed most of this week.
I’m not writing to complain about my situation and poor results. So I won’t.
Some highlights of my trip included:
Spending time with Sacha’s mom.
Getting taken out to a sweet vegan dinner by Steve.
Having a solid evening of conversation with Brian Vernor at a bar while all the pro bike racers partied it up.
It is just about mid season point for me. I bought my flight to Belgium a couple days ago, I am skipping the final Cross Crusade race tomorrow to get over this cold and hopefully get some training in before the final USGP races next weekend.
Here`s to getting well, next weekend, and frikin Belgium!!!
I’m glad you’re alive. Feel better. Cross it up right?
So swell that you still came out to spectate today even when not racing. Kick ass.
Hope you are feeling better. Glad you skipped today’s race. ~M
Feel better Molly!
Yay! Belgium!
I’m looking forward to Molly Cameron’s guide to vegan dining in Belgium.
Hi Molly! how rough was that sand pit? That does NOT look fun. We enjoyed spending sunday evening with you.
Thanks for the kick in the ass this weekend.

Kill it this weekend in front of the home team
