I managed to make it down from Vancouver for Starcrossed but didn't realize how far South the Rad GP was until we pulled out a map in the car after we checked out of the Hotel in Redmond. The whole clan decided that a headstart on the border won over a 60mile detour. I don't think the hangovers helped much. Like you say, early in the season. Good luck in Vegas.
