Sweet primered white camaro…

…took an oncoming deliberate swerve into our lane while out on Sauvie Island training yesterday afternoon.

damn!

Can’t get a break lately.

Things are good, things are really good.

Training my butt off before shifting into high gear for a long cross season.

The power is good, the sensations are positive. Things have improved from last season and I’ve still got another month of “building” so… that is exciting.

Stirring the pot and fanning the flames since 1999.

  1. Hey Molly.

In terms of getting ready for cross season what are your rides like right now? When do you start thinking about building towards harder race type efforts?

  2. I’m still wrapping up big base miles. 4-5 hour rides with lots of 20-45 minute blocks of tempo and LT intervals.

Going to take a little vacation in a week and then start doing cx specific intensity and some races in August.

I imagine I should start running too.
