Slated to ride a fancy BMC carbon full suspension mountain bike around. Work a bit as a PRO mechanic for my arch-rival’s PRO mountain bike team. Hang out in the SHIMANO booth. Hang out in the EDGE booth. Hang out near Maxxis and harrass Gary. Hang out near Kona and harass Barry. Turn a wrench on a PRO roadies pal’s VTT for her first PRO XC race.
Show off some D O P E new vtt shoes and tubular mountain bike tyres.
Ride some more. Drink lots of coffee. That I make. High five California, then drive home.

Could you try and persuade Maxxis to make some CX tubs please? Preferably with a Rhino-beating mud tread. I’m in the UK and Rhinos are the only tubs to have come November, but they are soooooo espensive/fragile/hard-to-find. Maxxis could own that market if they did it, must be worth at least, ooh, $200 per year?
