Still, it's gotta be asked- could the Euro fans be any more uncouth than they seem to be? Six foot long flags extended out into the race course in front of passing riders (who just so happen to be leading the race!)? Pulling riders down on the course because you don't like them? Stumbling drunk onto the course and using racers as crutches to get back up again? Seriously? Sure, that's cross and you gotta deal with it, but should you be put in the position of having to deal with it to begin with?
