Saturday’s ride did me in. Past 3 days of some pretty harsh flu symptoms. Could only manage a ride of 30 mins this morning…in the rain might I add. Dave seems to be feeling better though. It wasn’t fun driving all the way back home in the van with him coughing, frequent nose blowing etc.

Get better soon. I got hit with it on Sunday. Haven’t touched my bike yet as I still feel icky. Actually slept till 1 PM today.

I had this same bug and was out for a week. Got on my bike this AM for the first time and immediately lost my breath. Keep drinking lots of fluids the dehydration nearly killed me.
