Pete in Italy, Molly to Ohio…

…my legs are apparently on vacation too.

Raced the Rehearsal road race last weekend which was a joke. (on my part) I built up the Reynolds carbon clinchers and the result (paired with a very lightweight but very silly set of brake calipers) was the most horrendous sound you have ever heard.

F to the P.Ask anyone who raced with me. I could not touch the rear with out it locking up or screaming like: nails on a chalkboard + a jet breaking the sound barrier + industrial firecrackers screeching inches from your ear.

To all: I apologize.

I had a brutal work week last week. The shop beat me down and I suffered for it. One of those valleys (in cycling’s peaks and valleys) where I did not give a shit about being a bike racer at all. I just wanted to sit around and watch Saturday morning cartoons all morning. And I did. A couple times. With the fruity pebbles and everything.

The vampires!I got some blood taken last week too. Doing tests to figure into my racing and coaching + the OA team doctor would love to have baseline numbers for me so that if I get busted for a doping offense they have a reference.

I’ve got a higher hematocrit than Lance Armstrong. Take that.

You would never know it the way I’ve been riding…

Peterson has my digi camera in Europe. It is cellphone photos from here on out.
